We only use this to fulfil your request and we do not pass it on to others. Once we no longer require the information, we remove it from our systems.

Where applicable, we will provide a written copy of the information we have on record within one month unless the request is numerous, in which case this may be extended to two months. SPLS will do everything possible to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
